Gunfire at wedding reception in Fremont kills 1, injures another

<p class="bold allcaps">FREMONT, Calif.</p> <p>Police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at a wedding reception in Fremont.</p><p>Two men were shot at the Niles Banquet Hall Saturday night. They were taken to a nearby hospital, where one of them died.</p><p>Fremont police say the shooting happened after a group of uninvited guests were turned away from the event. They returned with a handgun and shot the victims.</p><p>Alameda County anti-gang law enforcement specialists are assisting with the investigation.</p><p>Police have not identified the victims.</p>
