Abraham KOs Ayala to keep middle title

Unbeaten German middleweight Arthur Abraham knocked out American Elvin Ayala with a 12th-round uppercut at Kiel, Germany, to successfuly defend his IBF title for the seventh time.

Abraham's victory paves the way for a scheduled bout in New York on June 7 against an undetermined opponent, possible Kelly Pavlik.
