Realtors to disclose spraying

<p>Marin County real estate agents plan to discuss with future home buyers the state's plans to spray pesticides to combat the spread of the light brown apple moth.</p><p>The Marin Association of Realtors voted Tuesday to amend their disclosure advisory forms to inform future buyers about a likely aerial campaign to combat the invasive pest this summer.</p><p>The agents will also advise home buyers to consult a doctor for more information about the spraying campaign before closing a deal.</p><p>Some attorneys believe disclosure is wise to ward off potential lawsuits.</p><p>-- Associated Press</p>
