ThermaSource LLC has selected Robert J. Swanson as its vice president of engineering, Willy Henderson as cement operations manager, Andy Frei as manager of financial planning and Gary Wright as environmental health and safety manager. ThermaSource also has launched a cement operations division, ThermaSource Cementing Inc.

Mark Keating has joined Willow Creek Financial Services as an associate financial adviser. Keating has been in the investment industry since 2000, most recently as an investment officer with Exchange Bank's wealth management division and as a Nasdaq institutional equity trader with Wells Fargo Securities in San Francisco. He will be focusing on financial planning and investment management along with Willow Creek's team of certified financial planners.

Kaiser Permanente Santa Rosa Medical Center's Family Medicine Department has added four new physicians: Dr. Jenny Marie Sullivan, Dr. James Schieberl, Dr. Kaye Cunningham and Dr. David Pastran. Sullivan joined Kaiser from private practice in Santa Rosa. Schieberl comes from a group practice in Woodland. Cunningham was recently in private practice in Arizona. Pastran joined Kaiser from a group practice in Utah.

ÁegisLiving has selected Mariah Hoskins as business office manager and Jeremy Mace as director of maintenance for Varenna at Fountaingrove. Hoskins previously worked in human resources for Vintners Inn and John Ash & Co. of Santa Rosa. Mace's experience includes two years as chief engineer at Bodega Bay Lodge and Spa, facilities director at Windchime of Marin and chief engineer at Ross Hospital in Kentfield.

Beth Randolph, compensation and benefits manager for Exchange Bank's human resources department, was certified professional in human resource management in Sonoma County. The certification was awarded by the Human Resource Certification Institute.

Michael Fontaine, former director of education for the Santa Rosa Symphony, has joined the Petaluma Arts Council as executive director. Fontaine has also joined the University of San Francisco's Department of Leadership Studies as a member of the adjunct faculty.

Gloria Ferrer Caves & Vineyard has selected Cindy Friedman as consumer marketing manager and Toni Benton as tasting room manager. Friedman will continue to conduct the wine education series she launched at the winery in November. Benton has more than 18 years experience in retail management, working for retail companies such as Talbots Inc., Williams-Sonoma Inc. and Smith & Hawken Ltd.

Relish Culinary Adventures has opened the Relish Culinary Center in downtown Healdsburg. The center features a teaching kitchen that enables Relish to expand the number and variety of culinary events it offers, complementing the successful "roving" cooking classes at artisan vineyards and wineries, sustainable farms and Wine Country homes since 2003.

Environmental engine technology firm Rotoblock Inc. has appointed Richard H. DiStefano as chief operating officer. DiStefano is a business strategist with 13 years of management experience in corporate and entrepreneurial environments. Rotoblock recently agreed to acquire controlling interest in Hikom Gottell Corp. and intends to develop and manufacture small engines, air-conditioning systems and other consumer and industrial equipment.

Fountain Grove Mortgage has moved to 2911 Cleveland Ave. in Santa Rosa. The full-service mortgage firm, founded in 1987, also hired four new loan agents, bringing their total staff to 30.

Holly Berkley of Healdsburg Healthworks, a clinic for women, has achieved certification in BodyTalk, a cutting-edge quantum energy medicine. Berkley has been a holistic health care professional for 20 years, with experience in craniosacral therapy, acupressure and somatoemotional release.
