Priorities:

1. Stabilize city finances. Address the structural budget deficit, which has plagued the city for more than a decade. We need to raise revenues and implement cost-saving measures and efficiencies.

2. Economic development. Raise revenues to maintain city services and public facilities and to renovate streetscapes and public places for community and commercial vitality. Expand partnerships with chamber of commerce to build a strong local economy.

3. Create a sustainable city. Lead by example with energy efficiency, green building and sustainable practices in city operations and ordinances that preserve natural resources and improve economic stability.
