Priorities:
BUDGET
Problem: Out of control city spending.
Solution: A "complete revamp" of the money the city spends on labor and social programs. "We have the money, but if you look at a pie chart who are we paying and how much are we paying them?"
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Problem: Lack of leadership by example.
Solution: Develop programs to encourage community volunteerism, programs that could get hundreds to help clean city creeks and parks. "I'm not looking for money, I'm looking for the sweat."
GANGS
Problem: The Sonoma County gang task force is "pushing misguided youth into hiding."
Solution: Placing police officers into schools to open up lines of communication and allows interaction between police and students that breaks down barriers
