What are your tips on surviving in these changing -- and challenging -- economic times?

Whether you've got a coupon strategy at the grocery store, or modifications to your house, or changes in your daily habits, chances are that you're watching what you spend or save. Sometimes the benefits can be pennies, sometimes much more.

We want to hear your ideas so we can share them with the larger community. You can help teach others, and you may even learn a few tips yourself.

Email us with how you are saving these days — big ideas or small, quirky or old-fashioned, outlandish or mild — and we'll add your suggestions to our ongoing reporting in this series. Include your name and phone number in case we want to discuss the idea further with you.

Don't worry — we won't publish your name unless we contact you in advance and you agree to let us do so, but we really want to hear your ideas, so send us those tips.
