Stephanie Larson has been named interim county director for the UC Cooperative Extension Sonoma County. Wanda Tapia has been named assistant interim county director. Larson has served as the livestock and range management adviser for the past 25 years, working with landowners, ranchers and related agencies in the production of beef, sheep and fiber, and in the management of Sonoma County rangelands. Tapia has worked for UCCE for 29 years in the family, nutrition and consumer sciences, horticulture and 4-H departments, providing direct delivery, financial, human resource and administrative oversight.

Harry Coffey has joined Ryan Mortgage Co. as a real estate loan consultant. Coffey brings 22 years of experience in residential and commercial lending with 10 years at Washington Mutual Bank and 12 years as an independent broker at Investors Trust Mortgage. Kevin Foster also joined Ryan Mortgage as a loan consultant specializing in commercial and residential financing. Foster brings 25 years of financial experience, with 15 years as president of Advantage Home Loans.

J. Solar Fine Jewelry has moved to a new location, 119A Kentucky Street in Petaluma.

Theresa Rousset has joined D. Bezona & Co. Insurance Services, a registered employee benefits consultant brokerage, in its Santa Rosa office. Rousset brings with her nearly 10 years of employee benefits experience and was formerly with Klohe Insurance Group.

Northern California Center for Well-Being recently appointed Mishel Kaufman, Chris Rodgers, Jim Adams and Ezbon Jen to its board of directors.

Mandy Galea, with McCormick & Co. Homes and Loans, has just received her certification as a home buyer assistant program specialist for first-time home buyers.

Paula Hall DuVander has moved to a new office at 411 East St. in Healdsburg. With over 16 years as a marriage family therapist, DuVander now adds certification as a SoulCollage facilitator to her résumé and offers groups, workshops and retreats. Services will continue to include therapy with families, couples and individuals.

Billy Jensen, president and CEO of Fidelity National Home Warranty Co. in Concord, has been elected president of the Home Warranty Association of California. Jensen, a Santa Rosa resident, is a 25-year veteran of the home warranty and insurance industries.

Amy Jasmer has joined the Rohnert Park office of Prudential California Realty. Jasmer is an active member of the American Business Women's Association.

First Priority Financial has announced that Diane Sackett has joined its statewide firm. Sackett has more than 20 years experience in the mortgage business, including 12 years as owner of Action Mortgage. She is formerly president of the Mark West Area Chamber of Commerce and lieutenant governor of the Optimist Club.
