New CEO for Rohnert Park e-mail security startup

<p>Red Condor Inc., an e-mail security startup in Rohnert Park, has named Thomas Steding its new president and CEO.</p><p>Steding headed RedCreek Communications, a virtual private network company, and Pretty Good Privacy Inc., an Internet encryption company.</p><p>"Tom has a firm understanding of what it takes to move young, innovative companies to the next level," said Mike Hodges, Red Condor's chairman. "We look forward to his leadership and strategic direction as we continue to develop our cutting-edge technology and distinctive approach to e-mail security, and build upon the momentum we have generated over the past several years with small and medium businesses and ISPs."</p><p>Former Red Condor president and CEO Ron Longo will now serve as the company's vice president of business development.
