One woman was killed and two people were injured Monday evening in a crash on Llano Road near Sebastopol, emergency officials said.
The two-car crash near the intersection of Todd Road was reported at about 5:20 p.m., the California Highway Patrol said.
One of the cars crossed the center line while rounding a curve and struck the other head-on, said Jack Piccinini, Santa Rosa Fire Department battalion chief.
A woman died at the scene and a teenage girl riding with her was transported to a hospital, Piccinini said.
A woman driving the other car also was taken to a hospital with injuries, he said.
Further details, including the names of the victims, were not immediately available.
