Affordable shopping

<p>Editor: We desperately need affordable shopping in Petaluma. Kmart is always running out of stuff that is needed in the home. You can count on Target to have what you need in stock and they do not gouge you on the price.</p><!-- Nothing to do. The paragraph has already been output --><p>Please allow Target to build in the proposed spot on East Washington Street. I already use the pharmacy at the Target in Novato and pick up whatever else I need at that time. No one can beat their prices in the cosmetic, health/cough and cold departments. Their groceries department has a wonderful variety and always at a good price. </p><p>Since we are short of an affordable basic hardware store and electronics store, Target is both rolled into one. They have a wonderful garden department, too. When the holidays come around, I can count on them to have what I am looking for.
