Betty Bell Barigar

<p>Memorial services were held this week for Betty Bell Barigar, who died at her Petaluma home on Oct. 25, 2009 at the age of 97.</p><!-- Nothing to do. The paragraph has already been output --><p>She is survived by her children, Phyllis Bell Rankin of Petaluma and Michael Bell of Alaska; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Philip H. Bell, Leo C.
