Diver identified in Salt Point State Park drowning

<p>A man who died while diving Sunday off the Sonoma coast was identified Monday as Brian Dinday, 62, of San Rafael.</p><p>The Sonoma County Coroner’s Office released Dinday’s identity Monday morning, saying next of kin had been notified.</p><p>Dinday was diving at Salt Point State Park when reports came in of a person seen floating face down in the water near Horseshoe Cove.</p><p>The Sonoma County sheriff’s helicopter crew flew in after getting the call and pulled him from the water to a nearby bluff. He was pronounced dead at 1:08 p.m.</p>
