Man kills himself at Windsor police station

<p>A 59-year-old Windsor man shot himself to death late Sunday outside the town's police department, authorities said.</p><p>Police identified the man as Franklin Lunn.</p><p>Lunn's body and a handgun were found at about 10 p.m. near the station.</p><p>Police Chief Steve Freitas said it's unknown why Lunn chose that location. He does not have any recent contacts with law enforcement, Freitas said.</p><p>The Sonoma County coroner is investigating the death.</p>
