Fire damages Santa Rosa home

<p>A fire at a west Santa Rosa home burned the inside of its garage Sunday afternoon, fire officials said.</p><p>Fire dispatchers received several calls at about 4:15 p.m. about heavy, white smoke coming from the garage in the 2200 block of Valley West Court. A woman in the home also called 911 and fled the house, Battalion Chief Mark Basque said.</p><p>The fire burned contents stored in the rafters and along one side of the garage before firefighters put it out. Basque estimated damage at $10,000 to $15,000.</p><p>The fire didn't damage the rest of the home, he said.</p><p>The woman was treated for smoke inhalation at the scene.</p><p>Basque said the fire's cause was under investigation.</p>
