Dr. Marlon C. DeCastro, a specialist in Internal Medicine, has joined Annadel Medical Group. Previously, he served as attending physician at Clemson Health Center in South Carolina. Two more general internal medicine physicians and a neurosurgeon are scheduled to join Annadel Medical Group this spring and summer.

Petaluma mortgage broker Brian Dixon has joined Seniors Reverse Mortgage of Pleasant Hill, serving clients in the North Bay. He has been a mortgage broker for more than 20 years. In addition, he has served on the board of directors for COTS in Petaluma since 2004.

The Sonoma County Family YMCA has elected Andrea Ham, partner in Ham Delles Company, as chairwoman of its Board of Directors. Ham has been on the board since 2003. She succeeds R. David Jones, who served from January 2007 through December 2009.

Suzette Beck, manager of the single-family home division at Rohnert Park property management firm Eugene Burger Management Corp., has been appointed to two California Apartment Association subcommittees. She will serve on the Property Management and Compliance subcommittees.

Guayaki Sustainable Rainforest Products, a Sebastopol importer and manufacturer of Yerba Mate, has relocated its financial offices from San Luis Obispo to its Sebastopol headquarters. Laura Baker has joined the company as accounting manager. A native of Santa Rosa, Baker is a Fellow of the Leadership Institute for Ecology and the Economy and a volunteer with the Pachamama Alliance.

Frank Howard Allen Realtors welcomes seven agents to its Sebastopol office. They are Cory Maguire, Kathleen Bonham, Julianne Anshutz-Lewis, Lori Allen, Chris Curtin, Linda Rouse and Nancy Fiddler. The agents represent buyers and sellers in residential, land and commercial sales.

Jesse Katz has been selected as the new winemaker at Lancaster Estate Winery. Katz, who previously worked at Screaming Eagle, will work alongside consulting winemaker David Ramey and newly promoted David Drake, who becomes assistant winemaker.

Cloverdale engineering firm Kelder Engineering has hired Ashley Maldonado, a civil engineer and resident of Healdsburg. The firm is also announced that staff member Isaiah Lopez has earned his Land Surveyor-in-Training certificate and is now pursuing the certificate to be an Engineer-in-Training. A native of Cloverdale, Lopez joined Kelder Engineering in 2009.

Healdsburg District Hospital recently unveiled its new Women's Diagnostic Center. The center provides comprehensive patient screening in an environment designed to foster individualized attention and patient comfort.

Hairspray Beauty Lounge, a full service beauty salon, has moved to a new larger location at 480 Mendocino Ave. in Santa Rosa. The salon was opened in 2005 by owner Angela Pelikan, who is a licensed hair stylist and color specialist.
