Sonoma's LoudMouth Golf opens Down Under

<p>Sonoma's LoudMouth Golf, which makes outrageous golf apparel, has opened its first distribution center in Australia, where demand is soaring, the company said.</p><p>“It will give our customers in Australia and New Zealand the same great local one- to two-day service that our customers are getting now in the U.S., U.K., Europe and Canada,” said LoudMouth Golf CEO Larry Jackson.</p><p>The center is in Sydney.</p><p>LoudMouth makes golf pants, shirts, coats and accessories in loud patterns and shocking colors. Sales have jumped in recent years as pro golfers starting wearing the styles.</p><p>American golfer John Daly will debut LoudMouth's new Australian design pants at the Australian Open and Australian PGA Championship in December, the company said.</p><p>The company was founded in 2000 by Sonoma resident Scott “Woody” Woodworth, a graphic artist and designer.</p><p>LoudMouth clothing is now sold online in 50 countries and at retail locations in 10 countries.</p>
