The occupants of a car that overturned Thursday morning into a creekbed on Wallace Road in rural Santa Rosa escaped without injury, scrambling out of the vehicle without assistance, authorities said.
The vehicle veered of the road near Creekmont Court, about half a mile north of Badger Road, at about 7:30 a.m., landing on its roof, emergency dispatchers said.
Fire and medical personnel were en route to cut people from the wreckage and tend to injuries but were determined to be unnecessary, dispatchers said.
The CHP and Santa Rosa Police were dealing with the aftermath and suggested Wallace Road might have to be closed temporarily in order to remove the overturned vehicle from the creekbed.
