Santa Rosa police to crack down on red-light runners

<p>Santa Rosa police will be on the lookout for drivers running red lights and other traffic violations starting Monday on Mendocino Avenue at Pacific Avenue.</p><p>The special enforcement effort will run through Sept. 12, Officer Jeff Adams said Saturday.</p><p>Officers will be focusing on seat belt, cell phone and lane marking violations, as well as speeding and stoplight violations, he said.</p><p>For more information, call Adams at 543-3636.</p>
