EDITOR: I am looking for elected leaders who have intelligence and integrity and are willing to accept accountability for the decisions they make. In this election cycle, the choice is clear and the contrasting alternatives are well defined and apparent.

I am voting for Pamela Torliatt for supervisor. She has served as a community leader for almost two decades, accumulating a vast wealth of experience that will enable her to meet the challenges at the county level.

Locally, I support David Glass for mayor. He has a decade of successful public service; no one else in the field has any public record. In the City Council race, the best combination for Petaluma is Teresa Barrett, Jason Davies and Wyatt Bunker. They have personal integrity and strong values that will enable us to meet our current challenges that will lead to current and future success for our community.

Barrett holds developers accountable. Davies is an expert in technology and wants clean jobs and Bunker has the right idea on how to come to grips with what he calls a government rewards program for city workers. Please join me in supporting these five people for the betterment of our community.
