Sebastopol council to revisit leaf blowers

<p>The Sebastopol City Council will discuss restrictions on leaf blowers Tuesday for the first time since a noise ordinance took effect last year setting the days and hours of allowed use and noise levels.</p><p>The city's noise ordinance addresses leaf blowers as well as noise from other landscaping and construction machinery and activity.</p><p>The ordinance allows residential use from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday and commercial use from 7a.m. to 4p.m. Monday through Friday. The noise level cannot exceed 70 decibels at 50 feet.</p><p>The City Council meets at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Sebastopol Youth Annex.</p>
