Head-on crash in Santa Rosa

A head-on collision was reported shortly before 8 a.m. Thursday on Montecito Boulevard near Brush Creek Road, both busy roads typically crowded at that hour with parents driving their kids to Rincon Valley-area schools.
The 7:54 a.m. collision near Rivera Drive reportedly involved a Honda vehicle and a pickup truck, emergency dispatchers said.
