Charlotte Leiss has joined the newly opened Pacific Union International real estate office in Santa Rosa. Previously, Leiss worked at Coldwell Banker, where she was a member of the President's Circle Team, the Top 100 in the Bay Area, and International Diamond and Sterling Society.

Neil Solari has been named vice president of Nelson & Associates, overseeing the San Francisco market for the Sonoma staffing and recruitment firm. Previously, he served as a senior executive at Robert Half International and Adecco USA.
Monica Rodriguez has joined the Sonoma County Fair as exhibits coordinator and manager of the Sonoma County Harvest Fair. Previously, Rodriguez was exhibits supervisor at the Alameda County Fair.
Architect Marilyn Standley has joined Leff Construction Design/Build Firm in Sebastopol. She is a member of the Sebastopol Planning Commission and maintains her own architectural practice in Sebastopol.
Michael Re has been named ticket operations manager at Infineon Raceway. Previously, he worked with the Oakland Athletics, the Oakland Football Marketing Association, the Stockton Arena, Ticketmaster and the Walt Disney Family Museum.

Gail Cochran with RCX Inc. has been named president of the Northern California Engineering Contractors Association board of directors. Other officers include: Rodney Sichel, Empire Asphalt, president-elect; Bryce Pattison, Royal Petroleum, secretary; Tom Donahue, Ghilotti Bros., treasurer; and Damon Calegari, Aztrack Construction, past president.
Four new members have been elected to the board of directors at Vintage House, which oversees the senior center in Sonoma: Art Fichtenberg, a real estate entrepreneur; Liz Kane, a retired educator; Jack Nisson, a retired real estate appraiser; and Bill O'Neal, founder of O'Neal Strategy Group. They join incumbent Randy Derwingson, a retired information technology professional at Pacific Bell.
