Honors for three Petaluma baseball, softball teams

Three Petaluma softball and baseball teams ended the prep season in ESPN.com/Cal-Hi Sports' final rankings for Divisions 1-5.
St. Vincent's softball team (17-9) beat No. 13 College Prep for the Division 5 NCS title and finished the season ranked No.10.
Despite falling in the NCS title game to No. 5 Concord, Petaluma's softball team (24-4, the same record as the Minutemen) ended the season ranked No. 9 in Diviision 2.
St. Vincent's baseball team (22-3), which fell in the NCS Division 5 championship to No. 8 Valley Christian of Dublin, ended the season ranked No. 11.
