Person reported killed in ATV crash north of Willits

<p>Mendocino County authorities were investigating the death of a person early Sunday who appeared to have crashed on an ATV.</p><p>The crash was reported at 8:25 a.m. on private property north of Willits, CHP officials said.</p><p>A caller said the person appeared to have crashed Saturday. That person met authorities to lead them into the property about six miles north of Willits, the CHP reported.</p><p>Fire paramedics confirmed that the person was dead. Mendocino County coroner's officials were dispatched to the property.</p><p>No more details were available.</p>
