Three weeks ago Levi Leipheimer began the Tour de France with hopes of a Top 10 finish. By the final stage, a ceremonial ride in to Paris, Leipheimer's dreams had been dashed.

Leipheimer, riding with the Omega Pharma-QuickStep team, finished in 32nd place, one hour, 16 minutes and 29 seconds, behind Tour champion Bradley Wiggins.

Probably making the three-week ride even rougher for the Santa Rosa cyclist was a report that surfaced earlier in the race saying Leipheimer had agreed to testify against seven-time Tour champion Lance Armstrong in the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency's investigation.

Leipheimer declined to comment on the report, saying his focus was on doing his best in the Tour.
