Dr. Walt Mills has been named president of the Sonoma County Medical Association. Mills, who has practiced in Sonoma County since 1986, is currently assistant chief of family medicine services at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Santa Rosa and serves as deputy director of the Santa Rosa Family Medicine Residency. He will become program director of the Kaiser Family Medicine Residency when it opens in 2014.

Jim Bielenberg has joined H.D.D. LLC as chief financial officer of the Healdsburg wine company, which owns VML and Truett Hurst wineries. Over the last 25 years, Bielenberg has served as a senior executive at Accolade Wines, Ascentia Wine Estates, Francis Ford Coppola Winery, Kendall-Jackson, Klein Foods and Guinness America.

Attorney David J. Leonard has joined O’Brien Watters & Davis, a Santa Rosa law firm. His practice encompasses multiple areas of law including employment, construction, business, corporations, family, landlord/tenant and transactional.

Peggy Wyman has joined Summit State Bank as its new branch manager in Rohnert Park. Wyman has worked in the banking industry for more than 30 years, most recently serving as manager of the Sonoma Bank branch in Petaluma.

Dr. Annemieke Austin has been named director of the new Allergy Department at Gordon Medical Associates, a Santa Rosa medical practice that integrates traditional and alternative approaches to treating illness. She joined the practice last year after completing her residency in Family Medicine through UC San Francisco.

John Girty has joined Mendocino Wine Company, where he will serve as vice president of national sales. Previously, Girty was vice president of sales and marketing at Shannon Ridge Wine Company in Lake County and served in several sales positions at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates.

Jason N. Glazier has joined Strategic Planning & Investment Advisors, working in its office at 100 E St. in Santa Rosa. Glazier has 10 years of experience in the financial services industry and is an accredited advisor on domestic partnerships, working closely with the LGBT community in Northern California.

Trey Sattler has joined Summit Technology Group as an estimator. Previously, he worked as a project manager and estimator at Lori Katz Group and a lighting systems programmer at Engineered Environments.

BikePartners.net has opened its first store, located at 111 5th St. in Santa Rosa’s Railroad Square district. Founded in 2011, the company rents and sells Bike Friday brand folding bicycles.

The Rotary Club of Santa Rosa West has elected new officers: Chris Young, president; Casey Williams, 1st vice president; Barbara Larsen, treasurer; and Tarina Hall, secretary. The club meets every Monday at noon at the St. Rose Building, 320 10th Street in Santa Rosa.
