Karen Archbold

<p>Karen Archbold passed away from complications surrounding a brain aneurism on Oct. 30, 2012.</p><p>Born on Jan. 25, 1951, Mrs. Archbold was the second born child in a family of seven children, She helped her mother, Elaine, raise her siblings, creating a very close bond within her family. </p><p>At the age of 15, she was introduced to the love of her life, Bill Archbold. They married in 1976. In 1977, they welcomed their first child, Erik and in 1979 their daughter Lisa was born. </p><p>She and her family moved to Petaluma in 1986.</p><p>Mrs. Archbold had a talent for singing. Though she rarely sang publicly, she would sing occasionally at parties with her children and friends. In 2000, she and several of her musician friends recorded a CD on which she contributed several tracks.</p><p>Memorial services were held last week.</p>
