Crews clear downed tree on River Road near Forestville

<p>Crews have cleared a downed tree that was blocking westbound traffic Tuesday morning on River Road at Westside Road near Forestville, the CHP said.</p><p>But not until after a motorist reportedly ran directly into the tree, the CHP said.</p><p>There were no reports of injuries in the 8:09 a.m. incident, the CHP and emergency dispatchers said.</p>
