Three vehicles crashed early Wednesday when a driver ran a red light on Highway 37 near Sears Point, reported the CHP.

A man in a white work van headed west on Highway 37 at about 6:45 a.m. ran the light and smashed into Chevrolet Trailblazer, reported CHP Officer Eric Hohmeister.

The SUV was turning from Highway 121 to eastbound Highway 37.

The Trailblazer spun into another lane and hit an Audi. The Audi went through the intersection and stopped on the shoulder.

The Audi driver was taken by ambulance to Kaiser Permanente in Vallejo.

His name and the names of the others drivers weren't available from the CHP Wednesday afternoon.
