River Road in Guerneville reopen after car crash

<p>River Road in Guerneville opened to directed traffic after being closed for hours early Tuesday due to fallen power and phone lines from a car crash.</p><p>Crews blocked off the road between Highway 116, also known as Pocket Canyon Highway, and Bonita Avenue.</p><p>Just after 8 a.m. the CHP reported traffic was being allowed through one lane around the closure.</p><p>Traffic headed for Guerneville was being moved to nearby Old River Road. Traffic heading toward Santa Rosa was being guided onto Highway 116.</p>
