Quarterbacks: A — After a slow start, Colin Kaepernick looked poised, athletic and accurate.
Running Backs: C — LaMichael James' numbers (7-49) were better than Frank Gore's (20-68).
Receivers: B — Huge day for Crabtree (172 yards); results were more modest for the rest of the crew.
Offensive Line: C — Kaepernick was sacked just once, but it seemed he was being chased for much of the day.
Defensive Line: A — The line rose to the occasion with Justin Smith out — especially fill-in Ricky Jean Francois (6 tackles, 1 sack).
Linebackers: B — Quiet day statistically, but Patrick Willis and NaVorro Bowman were usually in position.
Defensive Backs: B — Six passes defensed by the DBs, though Arizona's Michael Floyd had 166 receiving yards.
Special Teams: D — David Akers missed two more field goals, a big concern for the Niners heading into the playoffs.
Coaching/Overall: B — A division-clinching win made people forget the 49ers' sluggish start.
