Many medals for St. Vincent debate team

The St. Vincent High School debate team was the top trophy winner at the Santa Rosa High School Debate Tournament.
The St. Vincent teams of Keelin Dober and Tavia Vitkauskas; Sky Doble and Nico Lamason; and J.D. Cox and Steven Weiser all had winning records in varsity policy competition.
The teams of Nick Braun and John Pitre; and Luz Lopez and Fiona Duffy received honorable mention on the varsity level, meaning each team had a .500 debate record.
The team of Ryan Lowy and Austin Booth was undefeated in junior varsity policy. The team of Chris Girolo and Sophia Taylor had a winning record and the teams of M.U. Lozano and Adam Martin; Alex Drombrowski and Jack Doolittle; and Samuil Gatv and William Kennedy received honorable mention.
The team of Calvin Jin and Johnny Ji had a winning record in novice policy.
The St. Vincent teams of Kylie Clark and Taylor Gallagher; Sara Parks and Tyler Sovig; and Sophia Hadley and Zack Anderson received honorable mention.
In February, the St. Vincent team will be going to tournaments at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, the University of California Berkeley and Stanford University.
