A man and woman in a car seen leaving a Petaluma PG&E yard during early Monday turned out to be suspected burglars, reported Petaluma police Monday.
Officers were called to the Corona Road yard at 12:07 a.m. for a possible burglary, reported Sgt. Andrew Urton.
Arriving officers stopped a departing car. Inside were burglary tools and PG&E property, Urton said.
Officers arrested the car occupants, Scott Franklin, 48, and Megan Figueroa, 31, both of Petaluma on suspicion of burglary, possessing stolen property and burglary tools.
Figueroa also had violated her probation, Urton said.
