Here are some of the cases the Petaluma police responded to recently. The Argus-Courier publishes the names of people arrested for serious crimes such as those involving physical injury, property loss or damage of property, including burglary, battery, vandalism and drunken driving. People who are later found innocent or who have charges dropped may contact the Argus-Courier to have follow-up information published.

Monday, January 28

12:07 a.m. — Scott R. Franklin, 48, a homeless transient of Petaluma and Megan A. Figueroa, 31, of Petaluma were arrested on Corona Road on suspicion of felony burglary, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit a crime. Franklin was also charged with misdemeanor violation of a domestic violence court order and possession of tools to commit a burglary, while Figueroa was also charged with misdemeanor violation of probation. They were arrested and booked into county jail.

Sunday, January 27

1:03 a.m. — Lahna D. Yocom, 22, of Rohernt Park was arrested on Baywood Drive at Lakeville Street on suspicion of two counts of misdemeanor DUI. She was also issued a citation for speeding. She was arrested and booked into jail.

2:03 a.m. — David L. Mairs, 50, of Seaside, was arrested in the 1500 block of Casa Grande Road on suspicion of felony forgery, selling personal identification information, carrying a concealed dagger and receiving stolen property. He was also charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Saturday, January 26

12:12 p.m. — A vehicle was reported stolen on Averye Way.

3:03 p.m. — Fraud was reported on Jefferson Street.

5:44 p.m. — Vandalism was reported on Second Street.

Friday, January 25

12:20 a.m. — Kristin D. Longenbaugh, 52, a homeless transient of Petaluma, was arrested on East Washington Street on suspicion of felony strong armed robbery, violation of probation and a felony warrant. He was also charged with resisting arrest after he allegedly held up the 7Eleven on North McDowell Boulevard the day before his arrest. After the store clerk positively identified Longenbaugh as the robber, a police officer saw him riding his bike on East Washington Street. The officer attempted to stop Longenbaugh, who fled down the dirt path between East Washington Street and Maria Drive. The officer was able to cut him off at the end of the path by driving in front of Longenbaugh and was able to apprehend him without further incident. He was arrested and booked into county jail.

8:01 p.m. — Roxie E. Tuttle, 53 of Petaluma and Dominic C. Mapparker, 18, of Oakland were arrested in the 2200 block of Petaluma Boulevard North on suspicion of felony burglary stemming from fraud and conspiracy to commit a crime.

Thursday, January 24

2:31 a.m. — A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested in the 300 block of Song Bird Way after a resident reported seeing a prowler in the area. The teen was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor public intoxication.

11:15 a.m. — Fraud was reported on Gilardi Drive.

Tuesday, January 22

9:50 p.m. — Lauren E. Romaine, 30 of San Rafael and Rahjahli A. Scott, 34, of Berkeley, were arrested in the 1300 block of North McDowell Boulevard on suspicion of forgery charges stemming from passing ficticious checks. The two were arrested and booked into jail.
