<p>The Sonoma County Sheriff's Department responded to the following calls in the south county during last week.</p><p>Tuesday, January 29</p><p>10:08 a.m. — Deputies arrested Jason Remel, 32, of Petaluma on Eastman Ranch Road on suspicion of misdemeanor possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and violation of probation. He was arrested and booked into jail.</p><p>1:14 p.m. — After receiving a call of a suspicious person, deputies arrested Nelson Williams, 33, of Petaluma on Denman Road on suspicion of felony possession of obscene material. He was arrested and booked into jail.</p>
