Windsor woman found dead in car

<p>A Windsor woman who reportedly was homeless was found dead early Friday in a parked car outside a relative's home, emergency personnel said.</p><p>The Sonoma County Coroner's Office has identified the woman as 23-year-old Jaycee Kuhn.</p><p>Kuhn was not breathing when she was found shortly before 4 a.m. in the vehicle on Jutta Way, near Brooks Road South and Arata Lane, emergency dispatchers said.</p><p>No additional information was available.</p>
