Two Highway 101 collisions in Windsor on Monday morning, possibly involving spilled wine bottles, blocked northbound traffic for almost an hour, the CHP reported.
The crashes occurred at 11:16 a.m. as drivers began stopping on the highway, possibly because of fallen wine bottles.
Two people were taken to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital with apparently minor injuries.
Traffic was directed off of the highway at Arata Lane.
