Stand-up comics Ngaio Bealum, Petaluman Dave Pokorny and Eddy Jayson present a fundraising comedy show from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. March 11 at Sonoma Valley Portworks, 613 Second St.
Pokorny has toured nationally and is an award-winning storyteller. He has performed on ABC and MTV. He is also the founder of Petaluma's West Side Stories, a storytelling event held monthly at Sonoma Valley Portworks.
Bealum, a former finalist in the San Francisco Comedy Competition, has performed on Comedy Central, BET, ABC and on MTV.
Jayson has tourned nationally and has performed at The Punch Line and Improv comedy clubs.
Tickets to the show are $20.
One-hundred percent of the proceeds twill go to the Whole Foods Planet Foundation and help fund micro loans in 55 countries to help people start their own business and get out of poverty.
To date, more than $34 million has been loaned out, with 96 percent of the participants paying back their loans.
