Mark Crawford has joined Exchange Bank as executive vice president and chief credit officer. Previously, he served as president and CEO of American Perspective Bank in San Luis Obispo. He has worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas as an examiner and the U.S. Treasury Department in training, development and policy implementation.
Mike Zellner has joined Cyan as vice president and chief financial officer of the Petaluma networking equipment company. Previously, he served as CFO at PMC-Sierra and at Wind River Systems, and worked in executive positions at Applied Materials and Unisys.
Paul Bartholow has joined Brelje & Race Consulting Engineers as a senior civil engineer. Previously, he served as vice president with Ingenium, an engineering and construction firm, and has more than 29 years of experience in site improvement design, storm water management and construction inspection.
Timothy and Camille Hedges have opened a Frank Howard Allen Realtors office in Sebastopol with plans to hire 20 agents. The independently owned and operated office is located at 130 S. Main St., Suite 114. Previously, Timothy Hedges served as a broker and manager for the Wine Country Group by Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate in Sebastopol. Camille Hedges has worked in the title and escrow industry for 12 years.
Sonoma County Vintners Co-op has promoted two employees.
Wendi Asuncion has been named chief financial officer and controller. Previously, she served as controller and office manager.
Nicklas Wilson has been named director of operations and logistics. Wilson, who joined the company as a warehouseman in 1993, previously served as manager for warehousing and logistics.
Mike Rooney has been named regional sales manager of the new Bank of Commerce Mortgage office in Santa Rosa. The bank has staffed the office with eight senior loan officers: Michael Brouse, Milton Close, Leon Creed, Bob Finn, Julie Kay, Steve Sanders, James Steis and David Carter, a reverse mortgage specialist. The office is located at 100 Stony Point Road, Suite 290.
Brad Baker has been appointed to the board of directors at Summit State Bank. He also works as president and CEO of Codding Investments and is co-founder and chairman of Community Fuels Inc., an alternative energy company.
Sherrill Stockton, senior vice president of Small Business Administration lending at Exchange Bank, has been elected to the executive committee of the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders board of directors.
