Each year California reports how well its schools perform in terms of state and federal accountability laws.

The federal No Child Left Behind law requires schools to reach annual targets based on the goal of having all students meet a state-defined level of proficiency by 2014.

Schools that receive federal funds for low-income students can enter sanctions if they repeatedly fail to meet one or more goals.

Keep 11legal immigrant children in our schools and you will fail, fail fail. Stop kids of illegals from attending school and send them all back because they are costing us big $$$$$$$$$$$$ If you want to write me a check for about $5000 for my share of these criminals cost to our society, write the check.
