Dr. Henry C. Flores has been named chief of general surgery at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Santa Rosa. Before joining Kaiser in 2012, Flores was in private practice for over 13 years at Healdsburg District Hospital, Sutter Medical Center of Santa Rosa and Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Tricia May has been named assistant chief of general surgery. Before joining Kaiser, she served as UCSF-East Bay surgical residency site director at the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System.

Dr. Christian Athanassious has joined Santa Rosa Orthopaedics as co-director of its Total Spine Health Program. Previously, he served as a clinical instructor in orthopedic surgery at Stanford University.

Affinity Lending Solutions has added two new staffers to its office in Rohnert Park.

Jeff Harris has joined the company as sales manager. Previously, he served as sales manager and loan officer at Bay Equity Home Loans.

Cindy MacDonell has joined the company as a senior loan officer. She has 13 years of mortgage lending experience, most recently as a senior loan officer at Bay Equity Home Loans.

Kameron Webb has joined Real Property Advisors as a real estate agent in its Santa Rosa office. Previously, he worked in the mortgage lending and web design businesses.

Christina Hollingsworth and Bruce Moeller have joined Dillwood Burkel & Millar, LLP as partners in the Santa Rosa accounting firm.

Hollingsworth, an accountant, is an attest audit partner with 14 years of public accounting experience. Previously, she was assurance service manager at Pisenti & Brinker.

Moeller, a lawyer and accountant, is a tax partner with 32 years of experience. Previously, he operated his own accounting firm.
