Tech is still tops with employees according to career website Glassdoor's ranking of Best Places to Work in 2017, out Wednesday.

Six out of the ten top companies were tech-related, including Facebook (No. 2), Google (No. 4), World Wide Technology (No. 5), Fast Enterprises (No. 6), LinkedIn (No. 8) and Adobe (No. 9). Topping the list was management consulting firm Bain & Co.

The Mill Valley-based website determines the list, which it has released since 2009, using the company's proprietary algorithm taking into account the quantity, quality and consistency of employee reviews.
