Cambria Hotel and Suites coming to Rohnert Park

A four-story hotel will rise in Rohnert Park south of the Graton Resort & Casino, Rockville, Maryland.-based Choice Hotels International announced Monday.

The new Cambria Hotel & Suites Sonoma County is slated to be built at 5870 Labath Ave., about a half- mile from the casino. The 132-room property will include meeting space, outdoor pool, fitness center, restaurant and lounge.

The hotel is expected to open in 2019.

“Sonoma County's popularity continues to grow as the region welcomes more than 7.5 million visitors annually for both business and leisure, making it an ideal fit for Cambria hotels & suites,” Janis Cannon, senior vice president of upscale brands, said in a statement.

The property will be developed with franchise partner Stratus Development Partners, LLC, of Irvine.
