CarMax to hold Santa Rosa job fair

CarMax will hold an April 6 job fair to fill 20 positions at its Santa Rosa store.

The job fair will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Auto Row store, 2783 Corby Ave.

The company is offering both full and part-time positions, with day and evening shifts available.

“Applicants do not need a background in the automotive industry to work at CarMax,” according to a company press release.

To apply for a position, job seekers must go online to jobs.carmax.com.

CarMax for 13 straight years has been named one of Fortune magazine’s 100 Best Companies to Work For.

The company is the nation’s largest used car retailer with more than 170 stores and over 23,000 associates in 39 states. It opened its Santa Rosa store in November.
