Danielle Lagana has been hired as practice administrator with Healdsburg Physician Group, part of Healdsburg District Hospital. She has 14 years of health care management experience and recently worked as the ambulatory services manager at Virginia Commonwealth University.


Alyson White has been hired as the new direct-to-consumer manager at Gary Farrell Winery in Healdsburg. She spent 10 years working at Francis Ford Coppola Winery in Geyserville, where she oversaw the tasting room, wine club, e-commerce, hospitality and events. She also previously worked as tasting room manager at Imagery Estate Winery in Glen Ellen. She will handle the Russian River Valley winery’s wine club, in addition to other consumer-direct sales programs.


Stacey Emerson is the new marketing manager at Flora Springs Winery & Vineyards in St. Helena. She has worked as an associate marketing manager and a project coordinator, as well as serving as a consultant to the state Assembly Select Committee on California Wine and as a communications assistant for Wine Institute in San Francisco.


Jock McNeill, Teri Villeggiante, Marnie Goldschlag and Eric Goldschlag are partners in a new real Santa Rosa real estate brokerage, NextHome Wine Country Premier, located at 1303 College Ave.

McNeill will handle recruiting. He has been licensed since 2000 and owns a company that manages over 1,000 properties.

Villeggiante will be in charge of agent development. She has been in the industry for 25 years.

The Goldschlags will oversee training and operations.

Marnie Goldschlag has 13 years of experience in real estate. Eric Goldschlag worked in law enforcement for nearly three decades and has been licensed since 2003.
