Warriors' Stephen Curry drops price of Walnut Creek estate

He may be winning on the court, but NBA star Stephen Curry's luxury Walnut Creek home is sitting on the sidelines.

The initial listing price was set in October for $3.7 million, but the asking price was recently lowered to $3.5 million.

Originally purchased in 2015 at $3.2 million, the two made over $400,000 worth of renovations to the house, including a 2,000-bottle wine cellar and a high-tech security system. Improvements were also made to the kitchen, where it was used to film wife Ayesha Curry's Food Network show “Ayesha's Homemade.”

The five-bedroom, 7,520 square-foot property is located at 620 Sugarloaf Court and is listed by Andy Read and Ana O'Byrne of Caldecott Properties.
