Seismic Brewing Co., the ?Santa Rosa brewery owned by vintner Christopher Jackson, has started distributing its beers to taprooms and restaurants across Sonoma County.

The brewery is producing a kolsch, a pilsner and an oat pale ale as part of its initial lineup of beers. The beers will be available at BottleRock in Napa this weekend and at the May 31 downtown Santa Rosa’s Wednesday Night Market. Seismic plans to be in retail stores in the future.

Jackson, the son of the late Jess Jackson, who founded Jackson Family Wines, has built one of the most environmentally sustainable breweries in the country. He also hired Andy Hooper, formerly of Anderson Valley Brewing Co. in Boonville, as his brewmaster.
