The “Drinking Stories” podcast continues its series on the different grape varietals of Sonoma County by focusing on chardonnay.
Chardonnay is America’s most popular wine and was championed by the late Jess Jackson, who popularized it into the premium category and helped put the Sonoma County industry on the map.

He covers what you need to know about this varietal, including the big debate over how much oak is too much when it comes to aging chardonnay.
