Tracy Huotari has been appointed chief executive officer of the North Bay Association of Realtors, a real estate trade association with more than 3,000 members in Sonoma, Napa, Lake and Mendocino counties. Previously, she served as CEO of the Duluth Area Association of Realtors for more than 25 years.

Pam Buda has joined Terra Firma Global Partners as a senior sales associate in its Santa Rosa office. A North Bay real estate agent since 2003, she previously worked with the Wine Country Group and Coldwell Banker. She also serves as chair of the North Bay Association of Realtors’ Education & Technology Committee.

Reed Upson has been promoted to assistant vice president for finance and operations at Warren Capital Corporation. He joined the company in 2012 as a finance and operations analyst and was promoted to senior financial and operations analyst in 2013. Previously, he worked as a financial analyst at several firms including Ogilvy Public Relations, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and O’Donnell Financial Group.

Bill Boriolo has joined Adobe Associates as an associate engineer at the Santa Rosa engineering firm. Previously, he worked as a project manager at KPFF Engineering in San Francisco and a civil engineer at BKF Engineers.

Eric Wade has joined BKF Engineers as a registered civil engineer at the Santa Rosa engineering firm. Previously, he worked as an engineering technician at R.E.B. Engineering in St. Helena.

Jessica Flinders, a family nurse practitioner, has joined the Northern California Medical Associates Primary and Internal Medicine Group in Petaluma, where she works with Drs. James Leonie and Saw Aye. She has worked in multiple practices in Petaluma over the last 18 years.

Tom Shearer joined the company as operations director of its two soil divisions, Grab N’ Grow and Soils Plus. His career spans 30 years in the manufacturing and production industry, most recently serving as plant operations manager at NutraDine. Brett Wilmes joined the company as outside sales representative for compost, soil, and aggregate products. Previously, he served as an account executive at Wheeler Zamaroni, Pocket Radar and Dynacraft BSC.

Omar Paz Jr., student trustee at Santa Rosa Junior College, has been elected president of the Student Senate for California Community Colleges, a Sacramento-based organization that represents students at 112 community colleges across California. Previously, he served as president of SRJC Associated Students.

Kurt Hahn, interim executive director of the Northern California Healthcare Authority, has been named to the board of directors of the California State Rural Healthcare Association. He also serves on the board of the Sonoma County Taxpayers Association.
